Coffee Breath Trilogy.

From the creative mind of Brysen Jessup, produced by the Wrenshall Film Collective in 2022-2023, the Coffee Breath trilogy began as a project to create a yearbook ad in our Photojournalism class. After the success and fun we had, we decided to expand on the first installment, and it quickly became a short film, three-part series that involved a variety of members in our learning community, whose plot loosely related to yearbooks, and whose creation led to the start of Wrenshall Film Collective (name coined by Brysen Jessup).

The WFC showed administration and staff that students were interested in and serious about media production, so in the 2023-2024 school year, Miss Chloe Swanson added another high school elective: Media Production. The students this year, almost 30 seniors and all members of WFC, are part of Wrenshall Creative Collective and have continued to create high quality (or at least fun) videos whose plots do NOT need to center around selling our yearbook. We learn about and utilize film shot sizes, camera angles, editing techniques, screenwriting skills, and more!
